Psychological and wellbeing interventions for common mental health problems (anxiety disorders or depression).
The aim of the service is to prevent foot ulcers, emergency hospital admissions, amputations and people with a high risk of developing serious foot problems ( such as an ulcer or amputation) are prioritised.
Physiotherapy helps people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercises, manual therapy, education and advice (The Chartered Society of Physiotherapist).

This self-referral is for patients who are needing a Falls risk assessment to understand how to reduce their risk of falls and receive advice and mitigation of these risks.
Patients are encouraged to make a self referral for Maternity/Antenatal care once they find out they are pregnant.
Patients can self refer to the new Marie Stopes clinic in East Sheen should they be in need of any of their services.
Pharmacists can give you advice on a range of conditions and suggest medicines that can help.
They may also be able to offer treatment and some prescription medicine for some conditions, without you needing to see a GP. For more information click here.
